List of basic words to define

I believe that every word corresponds to a concept (or multiple concepts). This includes the most basic words such as 'a', 'the' and 'of'. I want to analyze the corresponding concept behind each basic English word and provide an adequate definition for each word.

Since almost all basic words correspond to multiple concepts (for example the word 'is' could refer to a variety of different concepts depending on the context), multiple definitions are be needed for each word. There are 32 words listed below alphabetically.
